In an emergency
Stonehaven is not monitored around the clock, and it is not a medical device. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not wait for a reply — call 911 or your local emergency number, or contact your care team directly.
Data changes and account deletion
To request a correction to your information, a copy of your data, or deletion of your account and data, email support@bluehorizonlabs.ai. These requests are handled directly by Blue Horizon Labs — there is currently no self-service deletion option inside the app. We’ll confirm with you once a request is complete. What is Stonehaven?
Stonehaven is a personal recovery-tracking companion built by Blue Horizon Labs. It gives you a private, sign-in-only view of your recovery information — daily check-ins, medication and dose logs, lab and biomarker results, care-team contacts, appointments, and educational research material.
How do I sign in?
Stonehaven uses email one-time-PIN sign-in via Cloudflare Access — there is no password. Enter your email address and a PIN is sent to your inbox; enter that PIN to sign in. Sessions last 24 hours, then you'll be asked to sign in again.
Is my data private?
Yes. Only you and Blue Horizon Labs, as the app's operator, can access your information. There are no ads, no third-party tracking, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing. See the full Stonehaven Privacy Policy for details.
